A kiosk anyone can use — behind a PIN
Set Punchy up on a dedicated tablet or phone you keep at home. Each person taps their own personal PIN to unlock just their record, then presses Punch In or Punch Out. No app to install, and no one can see anyone else's hours.

Time logs that are ready for payday
Every punch is timestamped and totaled for you. Filter by person and record what you paid so hours are never double-counted. Your records are never locked in — export your time logs as a CSV file any time. Punchy never moves money — the pay figures are simply your own record.

And the little things
A note for each person
Leave a short note that shows up at the kiosk when someone punches in — “the dog had an accident on the rug, please clean it up,” “fresh towels are in the hall closet.”
Optional punch emails
Turn on an email each time someone punches in or out. Off by default — your inbox stays quiet unless you ask for it.
Rotate the kiosk link
If a link is ever shared with the wrong person or posted somewhere public, regenerate it in one tap — the old link stops working immediately.
Fix and back-fill entries
Forgot to punch out? Add or correct an entry from your dashboard, with a reason kept on the record.
Your timezone
Pick the timezone all your times, exports, and emails are shown in — no surprises across daylight-saving changes.
Permanent delete
Delete your account and everything in it — workers, time logs, notes, settings — through an email-confirmed flow. Gone means gone.

Not a payment processor
Punchy never holds, moves, or processes money. Pay figures are your own record.
Not enterprise software
No org charts, approvals, or shift scheduling. It’s built for a handful of people at home.
Not an ad or data business
No advertising, no selling or sharing your data, no cross-site trackers. The only measurement is our own anonymous, cookie-free usage stats — and none at all on the kiosk.
Not a surveillance tool
No GPS and no location collection. A punch records when someone arrived and left — never where they are.
